Family and friends celebrate the life of Martin Lee Thompson. Martin came from humble beginnings but quickly learned how to get what he wanted, even if he had to build it himself! First bike, first car, first trike motorcycle, first boat, HE BUILT IT! Martin was an expert mechanic, a skilled carpenter (yes, he built a house, too!) and he made the best brisket in Texas! He was dedicated to his family and a believer in Jesus Christ, our lord and savior. He attended Huffman Church regularly and supported prison ministries. His hard work and dedication endeared him to his family and friends. He loved and he was loved. He will be greatly missed, but now rests in the kingdom of our heavenly father.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Brookside Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 19, 2021 at 10:00 am at Brookside Funeral Home. Committal Service will follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
