

She graduated from Austin High School, attended the University of Houston and was a life member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, where earlier she was a member of the choir and had participated in the Greek Festival.
Family and friends will remember Mary Ann for her joy, optimism, sheer love of life, photography (never without her camera at any event), dance, music, and her unshakable faith in Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her son, Paul Theodore Sterling and wife Diane; grandchildren, Paul Travis Sterling, Padon T. Sterling, Lesli Brroke Noboa, Paige Latham, Keith and Jennifer Perry; great-grandchildren, Luly and Liam Noboa, Carter Sterling, Wood and Kylea Latham. Other survivors include her aunt, Eunice Glaros Pappadas and husband, Tasos and many cousins.
Trisagion Prayers are to commence at half-past twelve o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 28th of May, at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3511 Yoakum Boulevard in Houston, where the funeral service is to commence at one o’clock, with the Cathedral Clergy officiating.
Interment will follow via an escorted cortege, at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Michael Glaros, Dr. William Glaros, Jack Glaros, John Kandis, Mike Kandis, Mark Lewis and Dr. John Pappadas.
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be directed to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3511 Yoakum Blvd., Houston, TX, 77006.
