Mary Ellen Bouchard-Corrigan, 78, wife, mother, and grand mother passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours on March 03,2018. Mary cherished her family and friends and will be missed by them all. She particularily loved her grandchildren, Katie, Jake, and Kallie Burdett. Her mantra concerning them was: "If I knew beforehand how much joy they would bring, I would have had them first."
Mary was born on July 13, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY into the loving care of Edward and Briget Tiernan. She is survived by her husband Thomas, her daughter Nancy and son Timothy. She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Edward and John Tiernan, and her sister, Anne Tiernan.
Mary graduated from Bishop McDonald High School. After graduation, she had a very successful career as an executive secretary. During her career, she was on the staff of Senator Barry Goldwater. Mary's 600 watt smile and gentle personality will be missed by all.
Funeral service will be held In Wall Township. NJ later in mid March.
