Lucille passed away peacefully on April 30, 2015 in Murfreesboro, TN. She was born on August 7, 1922 to Molly (Mary Lee) Warren and F.D. (Floyd Daniel) Mock in Seminole, TX. She was the eighth of nine children and the only girl born into this family. At the age of eighteen she finished high school, then beauty school and began her life work of 62 years as a beautician in Houston, TX. She married Thomas Elbert Gathright in 1943. They were happily married for 59 years and raised three children. She was an active member of Southland Baptist Church and after a move, at West University Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and photography. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Tom, and eight of her nine brothers. She is survived by her older brother Roy Mock, her three children and their spouses, Tomas Elbert, Jr. (Martha), Judith Ann Galaznik (Mack), and John David (Cindy). She is also survived by her six grandchildren and seventeen greatgrandchildren. Vistation will be held on Sunday, May 3rd from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at Advantage Funeral Home, 7010 Chetwood, Houston.
