Mary Acosta Lowe, 66, went to be with our Lord on October 31, 2016. She was born to Espiridion and Josefina Acosta on February 25, 1950 in Houston, TX. She was preceded in death by her two siblings Olivia and Albert. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 23 years, Alfred Gandara, her son Sammy Jimenez, her daughters Lisa Pena, Stephanie Lowe, and Sabrina Luna, and her stepsons, Alfred Gandara Jr. and Brian Gandara, as well as her sisters Theresa Damian, Alice Villarreal, Esther Salazar, Helen Barron, Dolores Rodriguez, and Isabel Zavala. Mary also leaves behind 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 3rd, 2016 from 5pm-9pm, with a rosary to begin at 7pm. Funeral services will commence the following day at 10 am. All services will be held in the chapel of Crespo Funeral Home on Broadway. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
