Maurice Robert Williamson went home to be with this Lord on March 1, 2016. He was born on July 29, 1928 in Wall Hill, Nebraska to Dr. Leroy Elmer Williamson and Hazel Maude (Mills) Williamson. After graduating high school he enlisted in the Navy in May of 1948 and was assigned to the USS Porposis.
On March 30, 1950 he married Mary Kathleen Johnson and they were together 37 years. He was employed by Goodyear Tire and Rubber for 35 years. After retirement he volunteered at Northwest Houston Hospital for 15 years and Willowbrook Methodist Hospital for three years.
He is survived by daughter Linda Ulrich, grandsons Tyson and Sean Ulrich and many nieces and nephews.
