He is survived by the love of his live, Chastity Spears; son, Melvin Bell III; step-daughter, Parris Fobbs; parents, Melvin Sr. and Diana C. Bell; sister, Melanie Diana Bell; brother, David Alexander Bell, Sr.; nephew; David Bell, Jr.; niece, Harmony Ali Bell; grandmother, Maria “Mami” Cloter; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale.
