Mercedes Aguilar Merchan, 93, passed away on Friday September 16, 2016 at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, Texas. She was born in Houston, Texas on July 17, 1923 to Perfecto and Piedad Aguilar. She is survived by her loving husband Anthony Bravo Merchan and numerous nieces , nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Advantage Funeral Home, 7010 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 10:30 am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church ,6921 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas 77081. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
