Michael Presa

Michael Presa, age 61, of Spring, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Michael was born in Galveston TX on September 16, 1960 to parents Maria and Thomas Presa. He met Laura at Lexey’s and married on June 27, 2009. He attended Mac Arthur High School and went on to impact the lives of many individuals, working as a field mechanic for over 35 years. He loved and took pride in doing his job. He had a passion for his clients and his coworkers; they all became family and friends. Everybody loved and respected their field mechanic, his saying was “call me anytime if you need help”, and he whole-heartedly cherished them. As well as outside of work, Mich loved his Tabasco sauce, music, watching and debating sports, barbequing and drinking his cold cold beer, being the life of the party. Ultimately just spending quality time with family and friends. He never missed a milestone and was there for everybody!

He went to join his parents Maria and Thomas Presa; brothers David Rudy, and Jesse; sister Magdalena; grandson Marc Anthony Gonzalez; nephew Christopher LaMont Gonzalez.

He is survived by the love of his life Laura Presa; sons James Presa (Courtney Presa), Roy Gonzalez, Rex Gonzalez (Bianca Gonzalez), and Rey Gonzalez (Nelley Reyes); daughters Annie Pruneda (Ruben Pruneda), and Tanya Pruneda (Rick Pruenda); brother Tommy Presa; sister Estella Gonzalez; granddaughters Mia Sky Pruneda, Ella Gonzalez, Leila, Isabella, Eliane, and Aliza; nieces Elizabeth (Jose), Margaret, and Eva (Jesus); nephews Gilbert Torres (Gracie), Rick Uvalle, David, Jose, and Carl (Alicia) and a host of other relatives and friends.

It is with sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude, the family of Mich Presa thank you. We thank you for your prayers, patience, thoughtfulness, love, and condolences.

A visitation for Michael will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A rosary service will occur Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 27, 2022 at 10:30 AM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A graveside service will occur Friday, May 27, 2022 at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.

Serving as pallbearers are James Presa, Jose Presa, Gilbert Torres, Roy Gonzalez, Rex Gonzlaez and Rey Gonzalez.
