Michael served in the Air Force as a Security Specialist from 1983 to 1987. During his time in the Air Force he met his former wife, Beatriz Muniz, while stationed in Fort Bliss. During their time together they produced one daughter.
In 1996 Michael moved to Houston, TX to be with his older sister and continue his career in customer service. After 25 years in customer service Michael began a career as a Security Guard.
He is survived by his daughter, Desiree Sajewicz. His sister, Michelle Sporn, two nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother, Joseph Sajewicz, Jr.
Michael's charm and eccentric sense of humor will be missed. There was never a dull moment with him in the room, and his quirky personality brought much entertainment to those lucky enough to know him.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2019, Michael will be escorted to the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038, where he will be laid to rest with military honors. For those wishing to attend and show their support, please arrive at the cemetery by 2:00 p.m. on the day.
