Mike was born on April 13, 1948 and passed away on Tuesday April, 8, 2014. He is survived by his wife Soheila, son Nima, daughter Saba, mother Massiheh, as well as brothers Amir, Ed, and Michael and sisters Sohey Hall and Molly Ebersole.

He was born and raised in Tehran, Iran and moved to America in 1975 to attend college in Houston. He and Soheila were married in 1983 and settled into a house in Houston shortly thereafter. Mike was well-known among his many friends for his musical and artistic talents and his ability to inject humor into almost any situation. He will be sorely missed.

Mike was not only one of the most competent guys that I ever worked with, but one of the nicest guys that I ever met. His understanding of the processes of manufacturing and his ability to adapt software to make it easier to work with was uncanny. I'll miss his humor and his friendship.
