To my Mother-in-law,
I was so fortunate to have had you in my life, you helped us out a lot when it came to babysitting, cooking for us, gathering us for special occasions, helping with our wedding to make it special in every way possible, and being there for us when we needed your help. You even moved less than 5 minutes away from us just to be close to your grandkids. I pray that you knew how much I loved you as I knew you loved me. Thanksgiving and Christmas will be very different without you here and it saddens me to think so. I will miss you tremendously but am happy at the same time that you are with your loved ones in heaven. I pray for peace and strength for our family as we move forward.
Love Always,
Your Daughter-in-law

My Grandmother, the most caring, loving, & wonderful grandmother. We were truly blessed to have her apart of our lives. She was the type of grandmother who would spoil you with her love, from making food for you, creating creative gifts, to simply spending quality time with you. When I was younger she always loved babysitting me, she would take me everywhere with her and cook me whatever I wanted, oh how I loved it. She was the best grandma. She always called me her “princesa” when she saw me even while all grown up. After I turned 21, we would take last minute small family day trips to the casino which we always enjoyed. She passed away just one week before my 25th birthday, she never forgot my birthday. Thankfully I found an old voicemail she had left me on my birthday from a couple years back where she wished me a happy birthday & told me she loved me, being able to still hear her voice melts my heart. Although I wasn’t ready to let her go, I am beyond blessed to have many amazing memories with her and I will always hold onto her and those beautiful memories in my heart. May god watch over her as she is reunited with her beloved family and friends in heaven. Te amo y te extraño mucho ❤️❤️❤️

My godmother, where do I even begin? So many memories throughout my life that always brought laughter and joy in my heart. I will always cherish how you and my mom didn't let bad in the world ruin your days. Now you two are reunited again that makes me smile. Rest in peace my second mama. 😘

So many memorable memories but my favorite was during one Christmas. As we all exchange gift Minerva got all of us our names embodied in bath towels. She spelled mine wrong on accident it was spelled Jenefer instead of Jennifer it was so funny . She laughed which made all of us laugh too . I’ll always remember her kindness and her love for us all . I know she is no longer with us and is in a better place , but all the memories we have with her will last forever . Thank you for accepting me as part of the family and loving me like your own . I will always keep your wishes dear to my heart - Love Jennifer Jiménez

I will always fondly remember Minerva as a sweet and very creative person. I can still see her patiently carving a beautiful swan from a bar of soap, then embellishing it with lace and tulle. She would take the time to show me how it was done. Her finished product then served as a decorative room freshener-so clever! This memory still puts a smile on my face. Hope it reminds you of how special she was to so many. She will be missed.
