

Mokhls M. Fanous, born on June 22, 1963, in Egypt, passed away on August 27, 2025, at the age of 62. A resident of Cypress, Texas, Mokhls was known for his humorous, resilient, and beloved nature. He was a devoted and hard-working individual, admired for his selfless spirit.
He is survived by his loving wife Hala Tadrous, two daughters Mackenzie Moner and Meraie Moner, son Marco Moner (Deceased); sister Manal Fanous and her husband Berti Habib, niece Maria Habib and her husband Andrew Wahba, two nephews Michael Habib and Peter Habib.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The funeral service will be held at Saint Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church, located at 7030 Lakeview Haven Dr, Houston, TX 77095, on September 2, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Following the service, interment will take place at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, at 2:00 pm.
May the Lord repose the soul of the dearly departed in the paradise of Joy in the bosom of our fathers Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, and grant comfort and consolation to the family.
Mokhls will be remembered for the joy and dedication he brought to those around him.
