

Mon Wah Kwok of Houston, TX went to be with the Lord on November 21, 2025 at the age of 90. He was born on March 18, 1935 in Kaiping, China, where he grew up. He graduated from Jiangxi Normal University in 1957. In 1959, he moved to Hong Kong, where he met his wife, married, and raised four children. He lived there until 2010, when he immigrated to the US.
He worked as a factory foreman, small business owner specializing in electronic components for radio, and restaurant inventory keeper.
In 2014 Mon accepted Christ as his Savior and was baptized after he recovered from his open-heart surgery.
With a childlike faith and the help of the brothers and sisters at Fort Bend Community Church, Mon spent his days trusting Jesus and experiencing His great love as he engaged in the activities of the church.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mei Foon Kwok.
He is survived by his children Siu Mei Patricia Kwok, Lai Ming Kwok, Chi Ming Kwok, and Lai Chu Cathy Kwok Nguyen and his grandchildren Cindy Ma, Kevin Kwok, Kristi Kwok, and Rachel Ma.
His hobbies included playing mahjong and table tennis, swimming, watching soccer and horse racing, and having dim sum. He enjoyed walking to McDonald’s every morning for breakfast and coffee.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation ceremony at the Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park on November 25, 2025 from 10 am to 12 noon.

Mon is in the loving presence of his heavenly Father together with all who trust in His Son Jesus.
