I will miss Monica's laughter, her chatter and her no nonsense advice as we rode our stationary bikes at the gym every MWF for the last four years. I can still hear her saying "you can talk or listen, but you still need to keep moving your feet" she did until her untimely departure! May the family find peace in knowing that Monica was a wonderful, caring person to all who knew her.

I will miss Monica, she was such a faithful person. She served her church and friends. God has now called her to her rest. May the God of all comfort be with you, her loved ones.

I will always remember the times I spent the night at Mrs. Monica's house. She taught me so much about the Bible and gave me wisdom on living my life for Christ! She was my adopted grandmother and my good friend. I am praying and will continue to pray for her family!

I will miss your trips to Barbados! You stayed at Healthy Horizons and I left work at lunch time so that I could have lunch with you in your self contained room. We sat and spoke about all kinds of stuff; your travels, your childhood, growing up in Barbados, my job, your brother a.k.a my Dad. I also visited you on evenings after work and we would go to the beach. I remember you LOVED the beach! "I need me a sea bath" you said when I called you once a month to check in to see how you were doing or "You know I love me some Barbados". You really enjoyed your time here, I think Barbados' 50th Independence Celebrations wore you out that year :) Always on the go and enjoying life, that was you!

I am truly saddened by Aunty Monica's unexpected and sudden passing. She will be dearly missed.

May God give all of us the strength to get through this time and the courage to recall fond memories of her.

Love Ayo.

Sincere condolences to the grieving family. Monica was a very special person who loved life and lived it to the fullest. She always reminded me that life was SHORT and reprimanded me when I spoke of my life negatively. She encouraged me to be strong, positive and enjoy it to the Max. I will miss those fun moments shared in Bim especially that last trip when she forgot her bag at my residence and only realized when we got back to her could well imagine the expression on both of our faces....We laughed and joked all the way back to retrieve it....when we finally returned to her hotel she insisted she fill my tank with gas ! Wow !....such an amazing experience and Lady ! I smile as I recall and write this tribute. Rest well my friend and confidant..... May her soul R.I.P and rise in Glory !
