Mr. Raymond Nunn, Jr.

Raymond Nunn Jr. was born September 14, 1960 in Damon, Texas to the proud parents of Raymond Nunn Sr. and Alice Perry Nunn. Raymond confessed his belief in Christ at an early age at Riverwood Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Raymond attended school in the North Forest ISD, where he was an athlete and excelled in many sporting activities. He graduated from M.B. Smiley High School in 1980. After graduating from high school, Raymond enlisted in the Armed Services where he later retired. Raymond saw the need to serve and protect his country in the United States Armymaternal and paterna. After his tour in the regular army, he enlisted in the United States Army Reserve. Raymond had a passion for cooking; he worked as a chef for several restaurants. Not only did he enjoy cooking, but he experienced several other occupations and lastly as a bartender at TGI Fridays. Raymond united in marriage with Crystal Turner March 1, 1980. Raymond later went on to meet Lisa Burrell in February 1984, they shared the last 28 years of his life together until his untimely departure. Raymond was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, mother Alice Perry Nunn, brother Leonard Ray Nunn, sisters Ruby and Capytola Nunn. He leaves to cherish his memories father Raymond Nunn Sr.(Ella),Crystal Turner Nunn, Lisa Burrell, 14 children; Raymond, Latonya, Tashara, Jaguara, Jasmine, Juanita, Brittany(Robert),Ashley, Rashad, Amber, Jarrett, Janiqua, Alfred and Raymondo; 14 grandchildren, 5 sisters, Dorothy McCowan, Rosa Walker, Jerline Coffman, Peggy Davis, Christine Tripplett; 2 brothers Keith Nunn and Rex Nunn, 2 godchildren Tayilor Coutee and Asia Jolivette, and a host of aunts, uncles, neices, nephews and other family and friends.
