Nettie Louise Parker was born December 3, 1920 in Humble, Texas to the late L.B.and Mattie Hawkins. She professed her faith in Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Corinth United Methodist Church in Humble, Texas. She was a faithful member throughout it existence. She attended public schools in Humble, Texas. Nettie was united in Holy Matrimony to the late L. J. Parker. She was preceded in death by her son Edward Donald Creswell; her parents L B and Mattie Hawkins; and three brothers Jerry, John L. and George Hawkins. On February 14, 2012, Nettie Louise Parker departed this life at the age of ninety-one. She leaves to cherish her memory: three sons Leonard (Gloria) Parker of Kingwood, Texas, Bobby Parker of Humble, Texas, Billy (Michelle) Parker of San Jose, California; one daughter Shirley Donahue of Los Gatos, California; one brother Clarence Hawkins of Humble, Texas; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
