Nina Jimmy Sethna’s soul was reunited with Ahura Mazda on September 13, 2024, and she will be joining her late husband Jimmy Sethna in Heaven. Nina is survived by her son Zarir, daughter-in-law Roshan, daughter Shireen, son-in-law Adil, son Jal, daughter-in-law Shermeen, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Nina was born in Surat, India on October 24, 1930 to a dentist and a homemaker. She went to college in Delhi, where she received a bachelor’s degree. Singing Indian songs was her passion and she also sang occasionally on an Indian radio station. She came to Karachi to visit her sister, which is where she met her future husband Jimmy. They had a very long and happy life together with their friends and family.
Nina’s absence will be felt by many, and her sweet nature and kind heart will continue to live on in Garothman Behesht (Heaven) from where she will be smiling down on her loved ones for eternity.
