

Noe sadly lost his mother at the age of 5 and grew up with his Tia Lupe in the valley, alongside his cousins. Noe did as much as he could to help, including working with his family in the field picking cotton. At the age of 16 he took his family to California. He loved to travel and enjoyed being in the army. He was stationed in Germany and returned after 3 years. He met his wife Carolina and married in 1972. Noe when on to join the National Guard, and during this time he welcomed his 2 boys, Noel and Martin. As a family they moved back to Texas, where Noe continued to work hard to support his family. He worked for a carbide company for 20 years. He then he went on to work for the state in prison translating codes from letters sent to prisoners where he retired after 12 years. After the loss of his son, Noel, he spent most of this time with Carolina and together they endured the loss of their child. As time passed, Noe kept busy by going back into the working field. He worked part time at Klein School District or helping at a catholic church, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Noe was always ready to help people, and never said no when someone needed him.
A visitation for Noe will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at St Matthew the Evangelist Catholic Church, 9915 Hollister St, Houston, TX 77040. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Matthew the Evangelist Catholic Church. Followed by a committal service will occur Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
Serving as pallbearers are Javier Gonzales, Hugo Lozano, Rene Lozano, Anthony Muro, Jose Narvaez and Martin B. Seda.
