Noemi is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ruben Rodriguez Sr.; son Ruben C. Rodriguez; son Raymond Rodriguez; and daughter Rebecca Montenegro.
Noemi was preceded in death by son Rodolfo Rodriguez.
Mrs. Rodriguez also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Noemi will be held Monday, September 21, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
