Ofelia Losoya, 74, of Houston went to be with her Lord Thursday, May 12, 2011. She was born July 5, 1936 in Mercedes, TX to Luis and Leonora Gutierrez Sr. Ofelia is preceded in death by her loving husband of 28 years Joel P. Losoya Sr., and 1 sister, Elva Quintanilla. Ofelia is survived by her loving children, Belinda Hernandez and husband Chris, Joel Losoya Jr.; 3 brothers, Jessie, Luis, and Robert Gutierrez; 1 grandson, Chris P. Hernandez; 1 great-granddaughter, Alazé M. Hernandez; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
