Olga Anderson

Our beloved Mother, Olga Anderson who was born on February 21, 1936 passed away on July 28, 2016 due to severe complications from Pancreatic Cancer surgery. The world has suffered a great loss with her passing, she so much loved God, Life, and making others feel loved. The everyday strength she showed to us all allows us to accept life’s tough challenges head on

and to always face it with dignity, perseverance, and unwavering courage. She is our hero who accepted everyone she came in touch with. Our mother will truly be missed not only by her immediate family but by many others as well. She showed love to so many and so many more loved her. She walked with grace, humbleness, and with God. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, married Manuel B. Navarro who passed away August 2000 and moved to Houston,

Texas and raised five children. Moved back to Corpus Christi, met and married Paul Anderson on May 19, 2007 who passed away December 2015 and moved back to Houston during the year 2012. Her career ended after working for Entex Gas Co. for 27 years, retiring December 1999.

She leaves behind five children, one step daughter, three daughter-in-laws, a son-in-law, and a foster son, which she considered all her children. Manuel Navarro Jr., Ermelinda Irma Hernandez - spouse Louis Hernandez, Robert Navarro - spouse Yvonne Navarro, Ray Navarro - spouse Francis Cerda, Roy Navarro - spouse Victoria Navarro, Laci Anderson Unruh-spouse Tim Unruh and Ernie Durham. As well as Twenty-four (24) Grandchildren and Thirty-one (31) Great Grandchildren. Living Siblings: Jesse Garza Jr. - spouse Aurora Garza, Ester Gonzalez - spouse Joe Gonzalez, and Sylvia Garza. Many cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts. Preceded in death by her mother Helen Garza and step-father Jesse Garza, her father Ben Bocanegra and sibling: Elena Balarin.
