O.T. “Bubba” Gunnels, Jr. born January 3, 1937 passed away June 30, 2015. He will be missed by his son, Travis Gunnels and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Jared and Lauren Gunnels; sisters, Connie Shows and Norma Stiegler; nieces, Tracy Bendele and Kelly Shows; nephews, Paul Norris and Kevin Shows. O.T. was a proud Navy Veteran; he owned and operated O.T.’s Bait and Tackle in Humble, Texas for over 40 years. He enjoyed hunting and especially fishing. Bubba enjoyed listening to and playing music with his son and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday, July 6, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home Grand Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
