Lillie and Cindy, we are so sorry for you loss. Owen was such a wonderful, kind man. His smile was so sweet and genuine, that people were just drawn to him. He was truely a one of a kind person that we were so pleased to know and will remember always. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Cindy and Girls, so sorry about the loss of your Dad and Grandpa. He was so gracious and sweet to me. I always appreciated that. He will always be with you all though. A child's smile that reminds you of his own beautiful smile, the turn of a phrase which brings back memories, a song, so many little things that will occur over the ensuing years. Take comfort in knowing how great his love for his family and friends was. What a legacy! Martha Anne and Marvin Pierson

We are all so truly sorry to hear of the loss of clearly a great patriarch of the family. Gordon and I wish that we could have had the chance to meet him. He is a part of "the greatest generation" and we honor him for his service to this country and for being such a solid foundation and example to his family. Our prayers are with all of his beautiful extended family. May God comfort, bring peace and the assurance that we shall meet again where there is no more pain or death. Much Love! -Brenda and Gordon McKean

So many great memories, but one I'll never forget is that when you left his house, he'd always wait until you backed out to give you one final wave good bye. This is his final wave...until we meet again. All my love to you and our family.
