

Pam was born on the 19th of October 1960, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, to Lynnda and John Paukune. She graduated from The Kinkaid School and progressed to the University of Texas at Austin where she received a BA with highest honors in 1982 and a MBA with distinction in 1984. While an undergraduate, she was a member of the Tri Delta sorority.
She married her high school sweetheart, Dick Wynne, in 1984. Pam and Dick were blessed with their first child, Richard, in 1985, and their daughter, Amy, in 1990. She was also blessed with the birth of her grandchildren, Blair Galloway in 2019, and Brooks Galloway in 2021. She was a long-time member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. Pam was well known for her infectious optimism, beautiful smile and selflessness.
Pam is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Richard Lloyd Wynne; their son, Richard Lloyd Wynne, Jr. and his wife Hannah, and their daughter, Amy Wynne Galloway and her husband Thomas; granddaughter, Blair Margaret Galloway and grandson, Brooks Thomas Galloway; her mother and father Lynnda and John Paukune; her sister, Patricia Paukune Berry and her husband John, and her brother, John Markham Paukune and his wife Kathy; mother-in-law, Dorothy Seay Wynne; brother-in-law, Thomas Burton Wynne, Jr.; sisters-in-law Sallie Wynne Mansell and her husband Bob, Emily Wynne Bolin and her husband Don, and Laura Wynne Cale and her husband Mike; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is to be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 2nd of August, in the sanctuary of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 3471 Westheimer Road in Houston, where Dr. Tom Pace, Senior Pastor, is to officiate.
Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception at a venue to be announced during the service.
