Patricia "Pati" Marie Depew-Bertuglia

battle with cancer. She was 57 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty (Herr) and Donald Depew.

Among others, survivors include her loving husband, Craig Morris Bertuglia; her son, Stephen Bertuglia; her sister, Jenny; and her brother, Andre.

Pati was a long-time educator and taught Kindergarten in Greatwood, Texas at the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District for decades, where she will be greatly missed by students, parents, and fellow educators alike. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Education in 1992 and relocated to Houston, Texas in Fall of 1994 to teach in the Alief Independent School District.
