Patricia Love Tadlock born November 26, 1947 in Houston, Texas to Leslie A. Love and Billie R. Love. Patricia passed away September 23, 2023 in Houston, Texas at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her parents whose father was one half Native American (Choctaw). Her husband calls her by her nick name Princess White Feather. She is survived by her husband, Master Sargeant, Retired USAF, Edward Tadlock of Houston, Texas, her daughter Wendy Sanders and son Jason Ussery and grandchildren, Sophie and Jason. There are also step children, Aaron Tadlock and Kari Bell who have children, Madison, Jojo, Malachi, Grant and a great grandchild Charli.
Patricia attended Sam Houston State after high school and became a career nurse and served over 30 plus years caring for the ill. She went on many trips including Hawaii, the Caribbean Islands, and she loved the beauty of nature. She and Edward were married in beautiful Lake Tahoe, Nevada a beautiful natural lake. During her marriage to Edward they would go each year to Lake Tahoe for their anniversaries. She met Edward while he was teaching adult Sunday school, and they fell in love and were married.
Patricia lived up to her name as Love. She loved music and was in her high school band. She also loved animals as well and cared for the natural things of life. She and Edward had a Senior Home Ministry and would share their love for Christ to others. She loved her family and shared many of her interest with them. She was always good at giving good advice and council to any one as needed and keeping things and agendas in order. In her later years she would go with Edward as he taught as an adjunct Professor for Texas A&M throughout the State of Texas and she would add her interest and comments to him for advice in the classes he taught as needed. Patricia was a great helpmate. To know her was to love her. She was always generous and kind to all she met. She was a good wife, gentle and of a quiet spirit, trustworthy and precious in the sight of God. She loved this country and was a true patriot.
