Paul Tien-Po Chang (張添鉢), age 91, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021. Paul Tien-Po was born March 9, 1930. He graduated from the National Taiwan University with the Degree of Agricultural Engineering, and from the Colorado State University with the Degree of Master Science and the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy Civil Engineering.
Paul Tien-Po Chang's life will be celebrated by family and friends and his memory will live on always.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Garden Oaks Funeral Home in Houston, Texas.
Paul Tien-Po Chang's memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 10AM to 12PM at Garden Oaks Funeral Home at the Main Chapel.
