He was a graduate of the University of Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Thuy Ngoc Vo. his children, Tiffany T. Feng and Bryan Nguyen.
Paul is preceded in death by his son, Thomas Huy Dinh Nguyen.
Visitation will be held at Chapel of Eternal Peace Funeral Home on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 9:00am until 8:00pm.
Funeral Services will be held at Chapel of Eternal Peace Funeral Home on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 11:00am followed by cremation.
