Paul David Usher passed away on May 27, 2018. He was born on February 20, 1933 in Alto, Texas to parents, Allie Skeeter Usher and William Henry Usher. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Ed Usher, Ray Usher, Donald Usher, Tommy Usher; three sisters, Syble Usher Williams, Doreatha Usher Skeeters and Grace Usher Smith. Left to cherish his memory, his loving wife of sixty-five years, Doris Faye Usher; daughter, Daphne Burns and husband Douglas; son, Darrell Usher and wife Beverly; three grandchildren, Danielle Burns Conner and husband Brian, Christopher Burns and wife Ashlee, Jeremy Usher and wife Jenny; five great grandchildren, Haley Conner, Alexis Conner, Hunter Burns, Brynlee Burns, Taylum Usher; as well as numerous friends and other family members.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM; and a funeral service on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; with a burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park and Cemetery, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
