He was born in Cavite City, Cavite Philippines on December 3, 1944. Percival graduated from Cavite City High School and would later receive a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology.
He is married to Bernadette Castellanes Cais. They have been married for 49 years. Percival worked a career in Electrical Engineering for Aramco, Bechtel, and Mobil, and other engineering firms. He had a passion for tennis, golf, and poker.
He is survived by his wife Bernadette Cais, children Christopher Cais and his partner Karen Cais, Emmeline Cais and her partner Jonathan Sklute, grandchildren Chloe Cais, Eloise Cais, Eden Jane Sklute and Nora Sklute, and sister Edna Cais.
A celebration of life for Percival will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Cr, 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095.
