

Priscilla lived a life rooted in compassion, service, and devotion especially to those who needed someone the most. She dedicated her career to social work for the great State of Texas, giving her time and heart to helping others with quiet strength and steady purpose. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University, a reflection of her determination and lifelong commitment to making a difference.
Priscilla had a deep love for animals and was a passionate animal activist, known for fostering and caring for countless cats over the years. She found joy in crafting, always creating something thoughtful and special. She is also survived by her beloved cat, Precious, who brought her comfort and companionship.
Priscilla will be remembered for her generous heart and the way she loved others without hesitation.She was a wonderful aunt who deeply loved her nieces, and her kindness, loyalty, and steady presence will be missed beyond words.
Priscilla is survived by her brother-in-law, Mike Burton, and her nieces Ashley McMahon, Kathryn and husband Chris Leger, daughters of her late sister Elizabeth (“Beth”) Burton. She is also survived by her brother, Bob Scott, and sister-in-law, Deanna Scott; their daughters Hannah Scott, Marian Judd and husband Mike Judd, and Amelia Trevino and husband Jesus Trevino.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Scott, and her father, Robert P. Scott II; her sister, Elizabeth (“Beth”) Burton; and her best friend, Donna, who was a true partner in life and remained deeply loved and missed.
Priscilla will be remembered for her caring heart, her dedication to service, her love of animals, and the quiet strength she carried through life.
We find comfort in knowing Priscilla is now at peace in God’s loving presence resting in Heaven with our beloved Nanna, G-Daddy, and Beth. Her love lives on, and her spirit will always be a beautiful part of us.
A visitation will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, located at 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, on January 20, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same venue on January 20, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
A committal service is scheduled for January 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
