He was born and raised in Saigon. He graduated from the University of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in economics and foreign languages. He lived a simple life, always devoted to his family—a model father and devoted husband.
He is survived by his wife Dương Thị Cẩm and children Nguyễn Quang Tùng and Nguyễn Thị Cẩm Loan, who respectfully announce his passing.
