Rachel Ann Ward Brewer passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. She was employed in the field of nursing for 46 years at Memorial Herman and Rosewood Hospitals. Rachel was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings. She is survived by her daughters, Shelia and Portia, and son Carl. Visitation will be held Friday, September 8, 2017, 7-9 pm., Paradise Funeral Home at 10401 West Montgomery Rd.,Houston,Texas 77088. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017, 11:00 am at The Church at Willow Park, 12650 N. Houston Rosslyn Rd., Houston,Texas 77086. Interment-Paradise Cemetery North.
