Rafael Edgar Pena, Jr. PhD was born on August 1, 1948 in Norman, Oklahoma and passed away peacefully into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 13, 2019.
Rafael earned a PhD in Physics from Yeshiva University in New York in 1976. His life was spent working on research in the fields on quantum physics and music composition.
Left to cherish Rafael's memory, is his devoted mother, Evelyn Pena and also loved and honored by a large family and special friends.
