Ramona Faye Allen, age 95, of Southlake, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2024. She was born in Broken Bow, Oklahoma on August 10, 1928. She was married to Charles David Allen, Sr. on November 17, 1961 in Houston, Texas and they enjoyed a 50+ year marriage.
She was the mother of six children and had a long career most recently with Dresser Industries/Hughes Tool Company in Houston before retirement. Her passion was her family. She enjoyed siamese cats, reading, crossword puzzles, cooking and baking.
Ramona is survived by her sisters, Rebecca Steele and Sandra Dickinson, sons Charles David Allen, Jr., Craig Douglas Allen, Rex Conrad Griffin, Jr., and Darell Wayne Millet as well as numerous grandchildren.
A Graveside Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Brookside Memorial Park, at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas.
