Ramona Roa Hernandez, 95, was born on January 1, 1928 in Houston, Texas and passed away on October 29, 2023. She worked for over 35 years at JC Penny Company, she enjoyed gardening and was a homemaker after her retirement. She is preceded in death by her step-father who raised her, Jose Marie Gonzales her mother, Herlinda Gonzales, her brother, Baldomero Gonzales and sister San Juana Ramirez.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Hernandez Jr. and wife, Michelle; Edward John Hernandez and wife, Blanca; grandchildren, Sonia Renee, Bianca Hernandez, Eric John Hernandez and wife, Daisy and Matthew Robert Hernandez; great grandchildren, Maya, Liley, Timothy and Ethan along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 6, 2023 from 9:00am until 10:00am with a service beginning at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
