On Sunday July 5, 2020 Raul Carrillo Sr. (48) passed away peacefully at West Houston Hospital in Houston, TX. Raul was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and uncle. Raul was born on October 28,1971 in El Paso, TX to Francisco Carrillo Sr. and Raquel Anderson. He was the baby of four children. Raul was preceded in death by his father Francisco Carrillo Sr and brother Robert Carrillo. Raul is survived by his wife Rosanna N. Carrillo daughter’s Chastity Alexis and Alianna Rose Carrillo son’s Christian Myles, Dylan M and Raul Jr Carrillo. His mother Raquel Anderson and siblings sister Patricia Nieto, brother Francisco (Eva) Carrillo Jr nieces Vanessa, and Erica nephew Frankie. Raul was one of the biggest Cowboys fan you would ever meet in your life. His love for the Cowboys ran deep in his blood. To him they were not just any old football team, they were America’s Team and most importantly, they were his team. He also had a passion for cooking, earning his name “Chef”after he graduated from culinary school in 2004. He loved his job and he loved to make people happy with his dishes. When ever you saw him cooking
in a kitchen you saw him with a huge smile on his face. He loved to smile he loved to joke he loved his family and friends more than life itself. Raul contracted COVID-19 and fought with all he had but in the end, the virus was too strong for his body. On July 5, 2020 he left this earth and joined external happiness with his Savior. Raul will be greatly missed and there are no words that could ever heal the pain in our hearts. Pookie Bear you are the love of our life’s and always will be. A memorial service has not yet been decided due to the over whelming cases of COVID-19 and family not be able to travel, but we will let everyone know in time. Raul will be laid to rest with his father in El Paso,TX in the summer of 2021.
