

Raul Corona Jr., age 37, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday April 6, 2020. Raul was born August 29, 1982 to Alice Gonzalez, he was the youngest of her 3 sons.Raul was a very kind, funny, and selfless person who loved his family and friends. He enjoyed hanging out with his niece and nephew. Many who knew him would describe him as a great guy with an awesome personality, and an infectious laugh and smile.Raul enjoyed attending Houston Rockets,Texans and Astros games.He loved to listen to different types of music and never missed the opportunity to attend his favorite concerts, and had a passion for playing his guitar, Raul was a member of the band Orion's Belt. Raul not only had a love for music but also had a love for movies, film and enjoyed watching his favorite TV series the Simpsons. Raul enjoyed hanging out with friends and living life to the fullest. Raul attended Lone Star Community College where he studied Videography,while working in the restaurant industry,colleagues along with clients describe him as an all around nice guy with a great work ethic and positive attitude. Raul was surround by love not only from family,but by the many friends he made along the way. Raul was not only a great friend, he was a great Brother, Uncle and Son. He was someone who would always be there for you. He is survived by his mother Alice G. Herrera,brother Victor Hinojosa and wife Stephanie,brother Marshall Hinojosa and wife Zoila, Nephew Victor Nicolas Hinojosa,and Nieces Victoria Nicole Hinojosa, Breanna Hinojosa and Alexa Hinojosa. Uncles Robert ,Richard,and Manuel, Aunts Linda,Rosie and Rachel along with many cousins and friends.
A private viewing will be held on April 16th, Services will begin on Friday, April 17th 2020 at 2:00 pm.
For those wishing to send flowers the family will be welcoming deliveries on April 16th.
