My late father, W. Jerome Moore (THD Dist. 12 retiree) would have known well Mr. Ray Haley. Condolences from the family of W. Jerome Moore, by Jerome Moore (Tex DOT retiree).

Prayers and deepest sympathy to the family. Mr. Haley will always be remembered as a wonderful man of integrity who treated us all with the utmost kindness every time we met. Surely he is receiving his reward in heaven.
