Ricardo Martinez

Ricardo Martinez, 19, of Houston, passed away Thursday, May 14th, 2015. Ricardo was born in Houston, Texas on October 14, 1995. Survived by his parents Veronica Aguilar and Ricardo Martinez, his brother Gerardo Aguilar and sister Nataly Martinez, grandparents Ruben and Felisa Aguilar, and Zacarias Martinez and Maria Huerta and great grandmother, Susana Garcia. Ricky loved superheroes and comics, especially Spiderman. You could always count on him to attend opening weekend for Marvel and DC movies. Going to concerts with his big brother and hanging out with his little sister were some of his favorite things. His goofy personality lit up the room, bringing a smile to everyone around him. Ricky was set to graduate from Channelview High School this June. He was excited to finish school and to start creating music at Lee College this fall. Visitation will be 2:00-6:00 PM, Sunday, May 17th, 2015 with a rosary at 4:00 PM, at Crespo – Broadway Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM, Monday, May 18th, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
