Richard Courtney Allen passed away leaving a legacy of love and laughter. A man who truly embraced the joy of life, Richard was happiest when he was out on the golf course, spending time by the water, boating under an open sky, or simply dancing.
Beyond his outdoor adventures, Richard possessed a deep, lifelong love for reading, always finding wisdom and joy within the pages of a great book. He brought that same passion and dedicated work ethic to his career in the oil and gas industry, a field he was immensely proud of and energized by throughout his life.
Above all else, Richard adored his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Michele; his devoted sons, Rodney and Chad; his cherished grandchildren, Jamie, Brandon, Miah, and Trevor; and his deeply loved great-grandchildren, Peighton, Cooper, Carter, Cole, Melanie, and Camden.
He is also survived by his loving sister, Rita; his dear brothers, Bobby and Cal; and a wonderful family of nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.
His warmth, his sharp mind, his love for the water, and his dancing spirit will be forever missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
