May the peace and comfort of Jesus be with Richard’s family during this difficult time. We worked together at the Houston Airport System for many years. He was a person of integrity and trust. These characteristics were evident to and endeared by those he met. His quiet spirit and kindness will be remembered. It was a pleasure to have known him. Richard was a peace maker with the eternal blessings Jesus has promised.

During this season may the Newton family and loved ones find comfort from the Great Comforter --Jesus Christ who has promised to never leave us alone.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard at the Houston Airport System. I remember that Richard was very analytical and could always find the missing piece of the puzzle when investigating a case.

Richard was a good and decent person. We enjoyed many conversations about his love for family and our Christ. May that same love give you strength as we celebrate his eternal life.

I met Richard at the COH and immediately felt a connection to him as a Brother who had experienced many of the same things in life. He was a good friend and we would often chat about the USAF. My thoughts and prayers are with his family .
