Richard Arleigh Patzer

It is with great sadness that the family of Richard Arleigh Patzer announces his passing on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at the age of 73 years. He was born on August 16. 1944 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to the late Arleigh and Dorothy Patzer. Richard served in the United States Air Force from 1966 until 1969. He worked under the division of the Secret Service of Intelligence. He is a retired System Analyst from KBR after 30 years of dedicated service.

Richard will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 25 loving years, Stella Patzer and his children: Derek Patzer, David (Sandra) Reyna, and Natalie (Ross) Santos.

Richard will also be fondly remembered by his eight grandchildren: Danielle, Lauren, Mathew, David, Skylar, Joe, Emersyn, and Maggie; By his brother Jack (Mike) Patzer, as well as other numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and good friends.

The family invites you join them at a Visitation held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., A funeral service to celebrate Richard's life will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of American Heritage Funeral Home located at 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas 77038. A Committal will be at 1:30 p.m. at Houston National Cemetery located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas 77038.
