

Richard "Rick" Hulsey was born and raised in Texas. Rick was a Vietnam Vet and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from November 1965 until July 1977. Rick met and married his best friend Debra Jean Cliver on October 11,1978. After his Honorable Discharge, Rick took to the roads as a long haul trucker where he spent 30 plus years. After many years moving around and being on the road, Rick and Debbie moved back to his home state of Texas in 1981 where he opened up his own countertop business. Eventually Rick gave into his passion and talents for country music singing.
Rick was an avid country and western singer, a DJ and Karaoke King. He graced the local scenes with his music and his voice. Rick was country through and through. He was the master of bass fishing, and craved the outdoors but make no mistake Rick was an ace when it came to the pool tables. Richard Lynn Hulsey was born July 16, 1946. Rick is survived by his wife and soulmate of 35 years Debra Jean Hulsey.
