I had the pleasure of working with Richard for a number of years in Houston starting in the early 1980s. Richard always had the best attitude and even temperment. We were working in hardware support of Chevron Geosciences data processing, communications, plotting and printing systems. All work at the time was done in house and as can be expected, down time of infrastructure was often stressfull. Dispite this Richard was always the calm in the storm.
It was a great pleasure to have known and worked with Richard.

I remember Ricky as a gentle man. We lived on the same street and went to the same high school. It was always nice to run into Ricky. He had a smile in his eyes for me. He was very intelligent and we had many very nice conversations. He was always supportive. Goodbye, Ricky. I’ll miss you. Cindy Halligan
