Rickie Alfonzo Brown

He was non denominational. Rick also served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Corporal from 1975 to 1979. He was a Sharpshooter.

He went to school in Little Rock, Arkansas. He received his associate, bachelors and masters degree in the field of law and was a PhD. Candidate.

Rick met and married Debra Fisher in 1990 and from this union there was one child born.

Preceding him in his death were his parents Frank Sr. and Hattie Brown, his brothers Arthur, Frank, and Herman and his two sisters Helen and Delores.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Debra Brown, brother Billie J. Brown Sr, and sister Shirley Woods. He also leaves behind his daughters A’Lyce Maxine Brown, Joy Brown, Tiesha Brown, and his son Sharrod Brown, 4 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives who will greatly miss him.

A visitation for Rickie will be held Friday, April 19, 2024 from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral service will occur Friday, April 19, 2024 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Friday, April 19, 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
