Our beloved brother and uncle was the 3rd oldest child in a family of 6 children. Robert was a Houston person!!! He knew Houston like he knew the back of his hand. He knew where all the good restaurants and all high-end Goodwills were at. He knew how to get around Houston on the Metro bus, train, and backroads for siblings who visited him and didn’t want to travel on Houston interstates! Robert had a passion for food, not just any food, but great food! He stayed up with current events, was an avid reader, most especially reading books written by John Steinbeck and Ernest Hemingway. He enjoyed listening to music.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Andres and Guadalupe Guerrero; sister, Esperanza LaFreniere;
niece, Monique LaFreniere and nephew, Miguel H. Guerrero. He is survived by his brothers, Andres G. Guerrero Jr. and John J. Guerrero (Josie); sisters, Cecelia Ann McNeel (Larry) and Maria Cabrera (Marco); 13 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great-nephew.
