Robert Alton Hardin, age 76, of Houston, Texas, passed away on October 1st 2026. He was born on November 21, 1949. Robert (Or Bobby as we all knew him) will be remembered for his warmth, generosity and devotion to his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Janice Hard-Manning, Stepchildren, Christopher and Jonathan Herring, Grandchildren, Kody and Nicole Thompson, and many friends and close family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon.

Visitation will be held at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038, US, on October 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at the same location from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038, US, on October 14, 2026, from 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm.
