Robert Charles Joseph was born May 12, 1946 in Opelousas, Louisiana to the late Lee and Dora Joseph. He entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Hermann Memorial Hospital in Humble, TX. He graduated from Sunset High School. He later attended T.H Harris to pursue a career in Welding. Robert had a successful welding career for over 50 years. He met his wife Lena at an early age, the two later married November 27, 1971. During his adult years he enjoyed spending time with his family, and playing cards. He is survived by his wife Lena Joseph of 45 years; Six children, Richard ( Shauntet), Kevin (Rachel) Shantell(Christopher) , Robert (Shamarion) , Shernetta and Shelitha ; twelve grandchildren Destini, Michael, Xavier, Christopher, Caleb, Jacob, Joshua, Tatiana, William, Jordan, Robert, and Ryan; Four brothers Vincent(Ammie), Mack(Elsie), Harry(Gloria), David(Brenda) one sister Elizabeth(Leroy) ; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents the late Leroy and Dora Joseph, sister Dora Barra.
